Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why you can request a return or reshipment of products if:
You do not receive the items within the guaranteed time frame (14 days, excluding 1-2 days for processing);
You receive an incorrect item;
You do not want the product you have received (in this case, the item must be returned at your expense and unused).
We do not issue refunds if:
The order does not arrive due to factors beyond our control (e.g. incorrect delivery address provided by the customer).
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To do so, please send a message in the ‘Contact’ section.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to exchange your product, for example for a different size in the case of clothing, please contact us first and we will guide you through the process. Please do not return any products without prior authorisation.
